Mary Toney

Mary, former owner of Mane St. Hair Expressions and Profiles, has transformed Salon d’Orsay into a beautiful day spa and salon, offering all aspects of hair, nails and skin care services. Her specialities include dimensional color, makeovers, Japanese Thermal Conditioning Relaxers and the latest in individualized cuts and styles. Mary’s goal with everyone is to find the right look for each client, as well as making sure each person goes home with excellent home care instructions, enabling them to reproduce their new style on a day to day basis.

Judith “Skit” Gradick

- Stylist

Skit continues to be a progressive, forward thinking, and innovative stylist in the Jacksonville area. She is passionate about the importance of an individual’s hairstyle evolution, and will never allow you to get stuck in a ‘look’. Skit specializes in fusion and temporary hair extensions.

Roz Clayton

- Stylist

Roz is one of the great stylists in our areas, especially in the area of ethnic hair relaxers. She is trained in the Mizani technique and constantly improves her skills through continuing education. She is passionate about individual style, and has a great eye for finding just the right look for each client.

Sasha Cramb

- Stylist

Sasha is outstanding in hair color and stylized cuts.  From her early career in Australia to owning her own salon to joining her team, she constantly offers clients the latest in style trends. 

Cecily Foran

- Stylist

Cecily is young and innovative, always excited about new trends and techniques. She enjoys working with bold colors, intricate placement of highlights, and styling long hair.

Doug Oakley

- Stylist

Doug is a master cutter with 20+ years of experience in the Jacksonville area. He excels in styling as well as cutting, and is an excellent listener.  He will take into account your lifestyle, maintenance requirements, hair type and budget as he formulates a new look tailored just for you. Highlights are another of his specialties, so make sure to ask him if you have been wanting to add some dimension to your color.

Melissa Jones

- Stylist

Melissa is trained in various ethnic relaxer systems and actually started her career with Mary at Profiles in the 90’s. She is also proficient in the various techniques of hair replacements, including hot and cold fusion, weaves, sew-ins and tapes. She also excels in styling, creative updos and weddings.

Caryn Dickinson Haas

- Stylist

Caryn has moved to Jacksonville from Atlanta where she worked as a Master Stylist and Colorist at the prestigious Jamison Shaw Hairdressers and Don and Syliva Shaw Salon. She is very creative and has a great eye for designing looks that work well with face and body shapes. Her knowledge is based on continual exposure to the latest workshops and advanced classes available. After many years in the business, it's hard to say whether it's cutting or coloring that are her greater passion because she sees them as equal contributions to a total look.

Mary Hsieh

- Aesthetician/Make-up

Mary is a licensed Aesthetician who  specializes in many aspects of skin care, including facials, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, glycolic/chemical peels, face/body waxing and resurfacing treatments.

Bede Akra Warren

- Nail Care Specialist

Having been in our business for 30+ years, Bede is among the first Acrylic Nail Technicians in Jacksonville. Since starting at our salon, she has added a day to her schedule, and for the first time in many years, is able to take new clients. She specializes in acrylics, and her desire is to solely focus on that area of nail care.

Douglas Helton

Douglas has been a hairstylist in the Jacksonville area for 36 years, having owned and managed salons since 1980.  Formerly the owner of Astor Place Hair, Douglas is now proud to be associated with, what he considers to be, the premier salon in Jacksonville: Salon d'Orsay

Douglas has also won many awards in Jacksonville, as well as the State of Florida, winning 1st Place at the state level in 1986.  He has been trained by some of the best stylists in the world, including the late Vidal Sassoon, Jessie and Fo Briggs, and Ann Bray of Paul Mitchell fame, to name a few.

As an advanced hair cutter, Douglas realizes that the cut is the frame of the face, and the hair color complements the entire look.  With the right combination of cut, color and style, he will produce, and show you how to maintain, a great and personalized style.
